Obama would resign in Weiner’s situation. but not in his own. A Social Security number tied to someone else’s name, a foreign national for a father, precluding automatically eligibility to be president, and no records of US citizenship on file anywhere at the State Department. Only conjecture and reports….but no evidence in the public view. At least Weiner isn’t in breach of US law.
